Mike Ertel is Managing Director & Broker of Record for Legacy M&A Advisors, LLC, a boutique M&A advisory firm specializing in representation of sellers and buyers in lower middle market mergers, acquisitions and sales. Prior to opening Legacy in 2009, Mike managed the Tampa Bay office of The Bradway Group, a business brokerage and M&A advisory firm, from October 2000 until December 2008.
Carol McAtee is the principal shareholder of McAtee & Associates, PA in St. Petersburg, Florida. Formerly with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young, tax division, Carol brings over 25 years experience in the accounting field. Her CPA firm’s specialties and services include outsourced CFO duties and responsibilities, due diligence for business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, taxes, financial planning, international tax issues, audits, and reorganizations.
David J. Ottinger is an Attorney for GrayRobinson, PA. His practice covers business transactions, taxation, and estate planning. He represents both emerging and mature business clients in most aspects of corporate and tax law. His experience includes the formation of all types of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, financing and leasing transactions, employee and shareholder agreements, and general business agreements relating to his clients’ business operations.
